I rented a property from Michelle for 12 months in Rivervale WA. Moved interstate due to working commitments otherwise would still be renting a property from Michelle.
The best rental and property management experiences I have ever had. Michelle is professional, efficient, diligent and a pleasure to deal with. Would defiantly recommend if you require someone to manage or rent a property from Michelle.

I have only been with Encore Property for a few months and in that time I have had an issue with roof damage and Michelle was great at managing the Insurance Claim and contractors to undertake the work (which took significant time and effort). The tenant was kept well informed over the process and was happy which resulted in a further 12 month lease extension. Very happy that I changed over to Encore!

We recently selected Encore Property Group to manage our rental property. Paula and her team were great to work with right from the start. Their conduct was always very professional and they provided us with sound advice leading up to putting the property on the market. During the process of advertising and finding suitable tenants they communicated with us frequently and we always felt well informed. They found suitable tenants very quickly. I recently moved my property over to Encore Property after unprofessional experiences with two previous agents. During the move they also found me a new tenant with no loss of rental income. This was all done while living overseas. The regular communication and general concern for my property indicates so far that my move to Encore has been very worthwhile.

Paula is very professional and knowledgable in her dealings and helped us with a smooth transition from a previous property management company. She also employs mature staff making us feel more assured in leaving our investment property in their hands. Let's hope they are cont to be a great company!! it is very hard to find good property manager these days.
