Very green with great parks. Close to the shops, with a bus to shops or train station. Not a great list of options in the way of dining out, but that’s being pedantic. Rockingham mall is 10 mins away for all the shop’s you need, and Medina is only 7kms from a beach The way I see it, get in now before it gets noticed and popular.
