I was just considering to buy a block of land in Kwinana. I remember I have passed through and then thought I have a lot of time to think about it. But omg they all nearly gone.
I have passed and have looked at block of land, why are you said it is the best opportunity? The area look great, close to Kwinana Fwy but is it really the best money can buy?

I know $240 000 is not much but when building house min probably is $500 000 altogether. I want to have own house but let say I spend 500k in 20 years its worth 750k hence there is sort of profit. 250k profit by 20 years =12,500 a yea and by 52 weeks = $240 per. Not to mention that house will be very old and not modern then. And now interest rates I had to spend to repay mortgage......this is another story. Nah thank you. Not interested at all. Rather rent. But if I were investor that is totally different matter. The area looks promising and might make not only some profit but regular income renting.
