Encore Property Group are closely monitoring the situation in relation to COVID-19 and taking proactive steps to protect the interests of our owners, tenants, employees and the local community.

As we continue to better understand how to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have put measures in place to ensure safe working conditions for our staff.  Like other businesses, we’re asking our team members to maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness such as abundant hand sanitisation, using disposable gloves to handle keys, and maintaining social distancing when speaking to clients or tenants.

All of our office operations are conducted in the Kwinana office and we are watching closely to monitor any possible lockdown activity should it arise.

We would like to let all our clients & tenants know that we have introduced an “essential visit only” policy in the office.  In other words, please DO NOT come to the office if your enquiry can be resolved via email or a telephone conversation.

Tenants who currently pay rent and accounts by cash in hand at the office, please be advised effective immediately we are suspending this option with a NO CASH POLICY.  Please give us a call to discuss your options ASAP.
